Pattabhisheka day of the Jagadguru


 

Sahasra Narikela Homa was performed on October 27th marking the 21st anniversary of Pattabhisheka day (the day of the ascendance to the Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham) of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji. The Poornahuti took place in the Jagadguru’s Divine Presence. In the public function held in the evening, Sri V R Gowrishankar, CEO & Administrator detailed the report of the Navaratri Celebrations. The Jagadguru blessed all the staff of the Peetham and the assembled devotees. On November 3rd, Sannyasa Sweekara day of the Jagadguru was observed. The Jagadguru had Darshan of Goddess Sharada and all the other deities on the occasion.
